Andreas Helios is heading up the SAP Customer Experience marketing team in Central and Eastern Europe, including Russia and the CIS (MEE). In this position, he is responsible for positioning the new SAP CX solution portfolio in the regional markets, define and drive the demand generation strategy and establish SAP CX as the market leading solution. Prior to joining SAP Customer Experience in May 2018, Andreas was heading up the Central Europe Enterprise Marketing Team at Adobe System for 11 years. During that time he was one of the driving forces in adapting the regional marketing mix and messaging to the needs of the digital transformation. Before this he held various management positions at IXOS/Opentext, Hyperwave and SyQuest Technology. Andreas Helios studied business administration and economics at the University of Augsburg.
