Not only does Netflix want to become your favorite streaming service, but it also wants to offer all you really need from television; Facebook has started airing daily news, and recently it aired a documentary by Pete Radovich. YouTube wants to become the largest content platform in history, where you will be able to find everything from cartoons to movies. OTT platforms are making large strides forwards even though the classic free to air television still dominates the global markets. What does television of the future look like? Is there room for free to air or will everything be OTT? What does this mean for consumers?
